Return and Exchange Policy

We take immense pride in the premium quality of our fragrances. However, if something isn't right, we are here to help.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • To be eligible, the perfume box must be unopened, sealed in its original shrink-wrap, and completely undamaged. We cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been unsealed, opened, or sprayed due to hygiene and product integrity standards.
  • If you receive a physically damaged bottle or a defective sprayer, please contact us immediately with unboxing photos/videos for an instant replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos of the sealed box.

  2. Once approved, you will send the item back to our fulfillment address.

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via Bank Transfer or Mobile Wallet within 5-7 business days.
